I\'m a biology student who got into engineering (ECE) and now working as a software engineer. Just doing only the engineering for which I\'m paid. But in future when I look back I do not think I would have achieved much in my work. At the same time, I would also like to keep my family life balanced. I mean take care of my retried parents and make their life comfortable. I\'m in my early 30s, unmarried. Please tell me what should I do to well balance work and family and to have an accomplished life.
